Dark Patches on walls while using beast lightmapping

I am having this problem quiet several times i don’t know how to tackle with it… when i bake my lightmaps using beast after baking th walls have dark patches… Can some one help whats wrong with it??? :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:
