A small suggestion here;
The date range seems to get saved with the report when creating a saved report. From my experience, the usage of such reports would normally always want to see the latest data as the default view rather than having to update the date range every time you view.
The same principal applies almost everywhere. Default end-date should normally be today.

I’m testing this now (so will update tomorrow) but I believe this should now be the expected behavior - if the report is set up with the current day as the end date to the report, it should continue to update with the current day being the end date going forward. I’ve created a test report right now and will follow up tomorrow!

It looks like you are correct that the reports are not using the current day as the end date the way they should be. Thanks very much for bringing this to our attention! I am looking into it and will update here about information for a fix when I know more!
