DateTime.Today for Different Time Zone

I have really simple question.
If I call DateTime.Today statement in Eastern Time Zone then it will return data according to that or not?

At present I am in Indian Time Zone so it given me data according to that.
I just want to get assurance from your side.

im pretty sure it gets your computers timezone
