Death Replacement to a ragdoll

Ok what im trying to do is when i kill a human enemy it turns into a ragdoll. I have it setup when i shoot the enemy its health drops when it get to zero it disappears. i set up a death replacement, I drag my ragdoll onto it but when i shoot the enemy it disappears but no ragdoll appears here is my AI Damage script PLEASE HELP

First instante the rag doll and them Destroy the object.

It works, but i want to know how to shoot at the ai then it turns into an ragdoll.
