Debugging (setting breakpoints) in an UWP app?

Hello,

How do I debug code written in Unity with breakpoints? Currently my breakpoints only break when inside C# code that is “native” (for example MainPage.xaml.cs).

Thanks!

Open Modules window in Visual Studio and check if symbols are loaded for Assembly-CSharp.dll and if the loaded pdb file is alongside that dll. If not, load them manually in that same window.

Thank you @Aurimas-Cernius

First, it seems I had to disable “Just My Code” debugging (which I had no clue it was enabled). I also had to, inside VS2015, clean and rebuild the “assembly” project in debug-mode because it seems that the DLL that is generated when project is built from Unity is “opitimized” and won’t be loaded when debugging…or something (yes I had development build “checked”).
