Decal color banding issue in VFX graph

Hi, I am trying to fix the color banding issue represented in the screenshots below, my scene view does not face the same issue so i thought its an issue with the camera or the pipeline settings.

I tried googling around but most answers that seemed to work for other people seems to not apply in my case, i tried enabling dithering. changing the LUT and quality to no avail.

this issue only happens with alpha textures only, and alpha clipping is disabled.

I would really appreciate any help regarding this matter. :pray:
