I’m on U6 URP, how to avoid that the decal stamps over the player or whatever other object than the one upon which I meant to stamp it?
Thanks, but apparently it doesn’t work.
Perhaps I did something wrong?
This is what I was able to do.

But, where is this feature in Unity 6 v17? If I go in the folder settings, and select the urp, I’m presented with this message.
And if I click the button to open project settings > graphics, where it is all that you say?
You need to find the renderer in your project window (for reference)
The image that you have shown are the global graphics settings in the project settings. I guess this might be a little confusing.
If you cannot find it, you can also navigate through the project settings again:
If no pipeline asset is assigned on the quality level, you might have a default one assigned in your project settings under Graphics:
We recently also updated the e-book that explains in great detail how to configure URP, and also how to transition from Built-In to URP: New free e-book: Introduction to the URP for advanced Unity creators - Unity 6 edition
Thanks, found. But this workabout looks very unstraightforward.
