Default references disappeared

All of them. When I opened Unity iPhone today, all of my default references were gone. All were listed as “None (object type)”. None (Audio Clip) for example. When I last saved the project, all the references were set.

Also, under my GUIStyles, text color was no longer available. It doesn’t even show up when I click on the triangle (Background Image does though).

And, I can’t get the button backgrounds to take the new images I’ve made. They kept showing the old images, until I restarted Unity. After restarting, they don’t display any images at all while running, even though the references are set in the inspector.

Has anyone else run into this? Am I doing something stupid? If so, I blame the heat. :}

EDIT: Sure enough. I was being dumb. I still blame the heat :smile:

Thx,

Mark

Did you figure this out, I’m having something similar.

I have an audio clip attached to a game object. It worked, I did some cleaning up, put all the audio files in a folder with in the Unity interface called sounds and I saved the scene. When I reopened the scene the “Audio Source” for the GO in inspector said, “Missing (Audio Clip)” so I selected the drop down and reselected the sound file. I figured since I moved it to a folder something had gotten messed up. After I selected the file the AudioClip immediately goes to none?! So I moved the audio files back to were the were when the worked and the same thing, I select the clip and it reverts to “None (Audio Clip)” Any ideas?

Oops he only has one post from last year. Not likely to respond. Sorry for the bump.
