Deformation of the mesh in the build( version 2022.3.5f1 )

There is a problem with the mesh in the HDRP build (everything works fine in the editor).
The question is closely related to the Final IK.
The essence of the problem:
when I use inverse kinematics (in my case VR IK) the mesh stretches in places where it should simply curl, I attached screenshots in the editor and in the build.
Different model import settings do not help, shader is HDRP/Lit
