Deformation on mesh with blender armature exported to Unity.

Dear all,

I am facing a new problem in my character process in blender to unity.

I designed my character in Blender 2.49 and exported it successfully into Unity 3.

On the next steps... the armature and weight painting, new problems came up !

The mesh imported (with armature) in Unity is deformed !

I followed up the Blender Unity FAQ for processing my character in blender to unity.

Note: There is no vertices which are not weightpainted, each vertice is in a vertex group.

What is the root cause which deform hips and shoes of my character :o ?

Is there a trick here?
