Deleted all my assets. Whoops!

So I am new to Unity, and when I started up a new project I noticed I had a lot of assets showing up. All the tutorials I had been following showed a project that had no assets upon creation. So I had the bright idea to select all of them and delete them. Turns out I was not removing them from just my project, but my computer as well.

Whoops.

I’ll call it a lesson learned, and reacquire the default assets. But how do I start up a new project without all my assets displaying in it?

Actually, I see what I was doing wrong. There is a premade project called “Standard Assets Example Project” that I was clicking on, because the text was really blurry. Its working fine now.
