Tricky. Do you know what’s holding the ball down, the intact glass object or the shards? I’m assuming the intact glass isn’t a rigid body and the ball is hitting that first and, obviously, losing all its momentum, only then the shards are created. To solve that scenario you could try a few things. One would be to put make the intact glass collider trigger, that would make the ball go through it, but still trigger the whole swapping for shards events.
