Notice: This package is being depreciated, for those who purchased this asset you will still be able to download it but it will no longer be visible on the asset store for new customers. I never found the time to update this package and if fire spread is ever to return to the store it will be completely redone. In the mean time look out for our new assets coming to the store! Getting Started:
UFPS Integration:
Coming Soon…
Known Issues:
v1.0 FPS Player controller from standard assets in the torch demo scene sometimes does not move, I am unsure why this occurs. In the mean time try importing the characters standard asset package and override the one supplied with the asset.
Planned Features:
Extinguished fires can instantiate objects (such as steam ect…)
Changes to burn time and spreading for more fluid transitions.
The Asset is currently under review so it will not show up in the asset store until accepted. It normally takes Unity 4-10 business days to review a submitted asset, if all goes well the link should work soon.
I have been planning to make a video but have not put aside the time, I will try and record a video tomorrow.
A Getting Started video is now live, I will go ahead an say it has been years since I have recorded so please keep that in mind and if anyone needs me to show them how to do something I’m willing to make a video for it, just let me know.
