Depth doesn't work right way I guess

Hello everyone! I tryed to add some depth in my 2d top down project (Renderer2D: custom axis x y z 0 1 0 respectively. Graphics: custom axis x y z 0 1 0. Sorting layer, order in layer are the same for player and tree tilemap. Sort point: pivot) but it looks like this

(Don’t pay attention to lightning, I was just playing around with different types of it)
I saw some position renderer scripts on youtube, but didn’t tryed them yet. I wonder if the problem in sprite appearance, unity or necessity to write script.

need put pivot on bottom of the tree, and on the feet of the char

same layer, order in layer = 0 for all
