Desired shader compiler platform 5 is not available in shader blob

Hey people,
We are getting pink screen when launching the App on Huawei Y3 phone and getting the following error.
Graphics API is OpenGL. Unity version is 2019.4.1f1 LTS . Target API level is 32 and minimum is 4.4 kitkat.
If anyone can help, I will be really grateful. Thanks.

My solution: enable Auto Graphics API in Project Settings > Player > Other Settings.

From searching the internet, the problem seems to come from some incompatibility with the Vulkan graphics API.
