Detect virtual arUco markers from .obj file or .fbx file in Unity

I am working on a project where I need to relocate a 3D object (.obj file/.fbx file) based on the relative position of a virtual ArUco marker, which is within the 3D object, and a physical ArUco marker. Therefore, I aim to reset the origin to the center of the virtual ArUco marker to do the relocation. However, the first step is to detect the virtual ArUco marker.

I’ve seen many repositories on how to detect physical arUco markers using the HoloLens 2 camera. However, is there a way to detect a virtual arUco marker from an imported .obj or .fbx file in Unity? I would greatly appreciate any related information!
