Hi, I know nothing much about developing for PS so I got some questions about it.
Does every developer needs to buy a kit to develop their game for PS or can I get/borrow it from another developer?
So in order to publish a game on PS, I need to sign up with their develop form. I am just an individual and their requirements need to be a registered company, any way to bypass that?

Once you are an approved developer, you will have access to forums and information related to that. That is the only way to develop for the Playstation legititmately.
But If I can publish through a publisher, I can skip the approval step?
How about the dev kit? Can it be borrowed from another developer?
