DeviceID and AdvertisingID

Hi.
Google won’t accept my apps, because it claims it collects the diviceID and the advertisingID

I disabled analytics, I disabled ads, I don’t have any extensions nothing. Why does unity still collect these IDs? and how can I prevent it from doing so.
If not, where in google do I ad the disclaimer, that these IDs are collected?

This is what google tells me:

"
For example, we detected that your app (APK version 1) collects the following personal and sensitive information:

  • Android Device ID
  • Advertising ID

In order to fix this issue, please contact Unity to update the latest compliant versions. "

What do they mean, I must contact Unity to fix the issues?
