Dialog Box in realtime!!

Hi,

How can have Dialog Box in realtime(not in editor)?for example i want to have a Open file dialog box.

A quick search produces this on the wiki:

It will undoubtedly be useful in creating a file opener if you don’t have unity Pro.

I have Unity Pro.is there any other way?

i used the system.windows.forms.but it does not work in fullscreen mode!!!
