Did Unity sell off it's Trademarks? Is Unity going out of business?

Curious found this in a Job posting asking for Unity experience but it was a new platform that states they own the trademark for Unity and Unity is not Unity but a cloud database. Even the logo looks exactly like Unity and the same font. Did Unity just get ripped of or is there some deeper meaning here…

Did Unity sell their trademark and if so, does this mean they are shutting down and we just haven’t heard yet?
