Didnt recieve asset

Hello,
a few days ago I tried to buy “Rifle Crouch And Prone Pro 1.0” and after the paypal thing finished, I accidentally closed the “Press Ok when the payment is finished” - window (I bought it in the browser, not in unity). The money was sent but I didnt recieve the asset. I opened a ticket on paypal but havent recieved anything yet.
I either want a refund or recieve the asset on my account.

Can you confirm that the assets do not appear in you package section in Unity Asset store or on Unity Asset Store - The Best Assets for Game Making. Ensure you login with the correct account and open the package window. The package sign is right of the home sign in the navbar on the top right on Unity Asset Store - The Best Assets for Game Making.
