Difference between 4.6rc3 and 4.6 Gold

Is there any difference between 4.6 beta release candidate 3 and the newly released 4.6?

Is it the same build? And/or are the release notes from 4.5.5 → 4.6 or from 4.6 rc3 → 4.6?

They are identical.

Release notes are 4.5.5 → 4.6.
