Different behaviour in production build using VR

Hello there, I am working on a project where you load microsplat terrains as an asset bundle. It works in editor and dev build and does not matter if VR camera is active, and also in production build when NO VR is active, but when in production build using VR, the terrain does not match generated vegetation (terrain is like 20m lower than it should be) and roads and whole map has this wierd blue tint, any ideas how to fix it?
