Just messing around with the new Animation rigging stuff, it seems really cool by the way!
One thing though, I seem to get strange results if the IK is on an animated character.
With animator controller playing a clip -
The feet sorta travel a bit and the knees flip on extension.
Without a clip playing -
Looks good!
Any ideas? Is the rest pose or something getting messed up?
Is the bone being animated and the one you manually drag around in playmode the same?
As for the knee flipping side, have you set a hint Transform in your TwoBone IK setup. This would help resolve the bend direction of your limb. Without a hint Transform, TwoBoneIK uses the rest pose to solve the bend direction, but this is not possible if your limb is straight.
