Different resolution target textures with a single camera?

Can I generate two (one 256256 and other 10241024) render textures (target texture) with a single camera?

A camera can only have one target texture at a time. But you can switch the target and manually call camera.Render(). Something like this:

    public RenderTexture tex256;
	public RenderTexture tex1024;
	Camera cam;
	
    void Start()
    {
		cam = GetComponent<Camera>();
		cam.targetTexture = tex1024;
    }
	
    void Update()
    {
		cam.targetTexture = tex256;
		cam.Render();
		cam.targetTexture = tex1024;
		// then tex1024 will render like normal
    }
