Different speed in app despite of using Time.deltaTime

I have different speed of camera rotation in editor and built app. To do this I use an object (character controller) and a camera, everyone with it's own script.

For character:

transform.Rotate (0,Input.GetAxis("Mouse X")*Time.deltaTime*speedR,0);

And for camera:

var chaR:Transform;
//it is a reference to a character object
transform.position = chaR.transform.TransformPoint(0,2.5,-10);
transform.eulerAngles=Vector3(0,chaR.transform.eulerAngles.y,0);

You shouldn't be multiplying Input.GetAxis("Mouse X") by Time.deltaTime - it's already dependent on how much you've moved the mouse in a frame as it is
