Differents movie download speeds

Hi boys! I’m very confused. I have an .ogv movie downloaded from the web and projected on a cube using OnMouseDown.

Now, I have two differents hosts for my web player experiments.

The size of the .ogv file is approximately 9,5 mb!

On the first host the video (if OnMouseDown) start instantly

On the second host I must wait 6-7 seconds

I always delete the cache on my Chrome.

An User of this forum had told me that I must wait for the download of video on the client before his execution

I don’t understand why I can watch a 9 mb movie instantly in the first host!

Don’t see why not.
