Diffusion profiles in Build

Unity 2020.1.11 HDRP 8.2.0
In editor everything looks like it should but in build version some things are green. Looks like diffusion profiles not working correctly.
Do I forget about something or should I tick something to make diffusion profiles compile correctly?

Try updating your editor and HDRP to newest version, then see if it still happens. They added a lot in 2020.2.
