Directional light behaves different in editor and the build

I have a directional light that in editor works fine but in the build illuminates one frame and then behaves as it should, not illuminating, as it has always a light intensity 0. I have set more than enough pixel lights count

I realize that a menu appears in the first frame with File, Edit, etc… in the top of the build, a menu that is not in my build at all, i didnt include anything even similar, which has never happened to me before, i think some kind of window appears at start, dont know if that is what makes all illuminate in first frame but it is totally weird, any ideas ?
