Disable 'quality settings' ?

Is there any way to disable the options of quality settings? I have a project where I don’t want to have any quality setting options at all on my executable version.

Also, is there any way to rename the quality settings?

Finally, can I reduce the number of settings to two or three? There are currently more options than I need, and I think it’s more confusing for my users.

In the player settings.

Not in Unity, but you can hack the executable.
