Displacement Disappears When Rotating/Zooming in Camera

Hello, every time I seem to zoom in or rotate the camera, the displacement on the mesh seems to turn flat for some reason, and there are no LOD’s in the scene. I am using the Lightweight Render Pipeline with Unity Version 2019.2.17f1.
