Distance joint laggy

I have just 2 sprites (40x40) and a distance joint between them.I don’t have any background or anything.But object moves very laggy in editor and my android device.I don’t know what to do.Can you save me from this nightmare ?

Not exactly sure what you mean by ‘laggy’ by maybe you’re referring to the fact that 2D joints work by apply forces to meet their constraints. In the case of a distance constraint of the distance-joint, it will take potentially several physics updates to meet the constraint depending on how you may have changed stuff including changing the distance and/or moving either end of the joint.
