I’m exploring options for a music app using Unity.
Due to the size of audio files (and business model) it makes sense to offer most of the content as a la carte DLC through In App Purchase.
I’ve explored this to the point of understanding the solution for Unity is Asset Bundles which is pro only. (I have Pro desktop, only basic Unity/Android atm).
The problem I’m having is finding more information on this type of solution from this point on.
Has anyone actually implemented a DLC IAP model for a Unity3D app?
Are there any examples of dynamic URL generation or backend hosting solutions for xplatform deployment doing this? (Playtomic?)
Is there anyone out there willing to offer their experience or advice (or even consult - pm please with experience etc) for this type of needed feature?
