Title says it all, do I get the “Accelerator Pack” forever if I subscribe for only 1 month of Unity Plus? Same thing for the other assets pack that I can choose.
Subscriptions are for a minimum of one year. You can’t subscribe for only one month. But, yes, if you subscribe, you have permanent access to those as long as they are available.

Also worth pointing out that ‘forever’ isn’t a very long time in the game dev world. Expect to get a few years out of a game dev technology before it becomes outdated, obsolete or abandoned. You might get lucky and get a decade. But certianly a lot less then is considered perpetual in other fields.
