Do i have to know any programming language before starting unity ?

I’m 16 and i am completely new to game making . I was wondering should i learn how to use unity before or after i learn a programming language(c#) ?

Im currently tring to learn c# as I go without any previous coding experience. Its hard to make things even with a youtube tutorial because i don’t fully understand code. I would try the roll a ball tutorial if you can do that easy enough try and learn from youtube if not i would say just learn c# beforehand

seriously  your title throws me off, it really doesn’t matter it’s easier to just learn inside of your engine because some engines handle things differently. But it’s completely your choice.

I would suggest learning how to use Unity and learning how to program at the same time. They both go hand in hand, and allow you to understand Unity and Programming at its full potential: Together.
