Do I have to pay to get Unity 3D version 4. ?

Hello every body,
in the Asset Store there is more and more packages which required Unity 3D 4., I work with Unity 3D 3.5.7f6 which is FREE for Pc and Android Mobile, So I would like to know if I do buy Professional version ?(I think Unity 4. is professional version ??).
and another pb = I got a fatal error each time I try to import Cloud System (paid version), I saw on their site that they ask people to go on vers. 4 for stability reasons…
NB. Update utility for Unity 3D is vers. 3.5.7f6

If I’m understanding your question correctly, you can get Unity 4 for free just like you did with Unity 3. However, if you have a Unity 3 PRO license, then you cannot get Unity 4 PRO for free, you would have to repurchase it. The licensing only works for the current major version so you have a Unity 3 PRO license, that entitles you to every update they bring out for Unity 3. I think they have reduced pricing for users who want to move from 3 to 4 but it’s still not free.
