Do Unity indie and pro work well together?

Does anybody know what is like to have a workflow where some of the people have indie version and the others have pro?

Excluding the c++ plugins and low level, what happens with things like shadows or shader effects like reflections and so on? Does the indie version just crop those things out, or do the version not work with each other if we use any of the pro features?

The Indie version just crops these things out. Ever tried adding the Pro assets to a Indie project? :lol:
