can’t add shadows. my computer is not powerful enough! 
but im happy with the results!

Well fist i woul,d recommend you to buy ati readon hd 4350 its cheap and powerful. And i think this looks good even without shadows.
First one looks silly, “art” filters are naff.
Second one looks fine. BTW a way around lack of shadows, base your game locations in the UK, it’s always overcast here so you never see a proper defined shadow outside grins 
I actually like the first one with the effect, because the image lacks details, the filter makes it look nicer.
