First, are you a registered PS3 Developer with a the appropriate licensing for Unity PS3 (not just Unity Pro)?
If not, that’s your issue. PS3 requires a lot more money and licensing than Unity Pro. You need to talk to Sony and get a registered PS3 license and get Dev Kits (Very expensive).
If you are registered and have Unity PS3 you may need to talk to Unity directly as I don’t think it’s officially released yet (like Unity Wii).
