Documentation for ROS2 service "/UnityEndpoint/get_parameters" available?

Hi, I am following the documentation to integrate ROS and Unity as shown at: https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/Unity-Robotics-Hub/tree/main/tutorials/ros_unity_integration

When I connect ros with unity, after calling “ros2 service list”, I observe many ros services of Unity available. Is there any documentation available regarding them like what are they and how to use them.

I found that these services get created for each node created by unity in the ros network but are not callable.
