We can only help if you give information on how you got here and which versions and packages you use

it looks odd, your materials seem to be doing something wrong, and the lighting seems too intense,

No tone mapping?

Very compressed lightmaps?

Some things to try:

  1. Reduce light intensities. Assuming you are using baked lighting, you may be saturating the supported range of the texture formats used in lightmaps.
  2. Ensure you have Lightmap Encoding = High Quality ( Edit > Project Settings > Player > Other Settings > Lightmap Encoding). See also Unity - Manual: Lightmaps: Technical information.
  3. Try disabling compression on your lightmap textures. The artifacts you are seeing may be due to the compressor not being able to handle large of rapidly changing input data.
