Did you choose the webGL build module when you installed Unity? If not, just go to the Unity Hub click on installs and click on the three dots on your selected version. Clicked add modules and scroll down until you see webGL Build Support. Check the box and you should be good to go.
Install python package. SUDO APT-GET INSTALL PYTHON. IT WORKS!!!
