Does HDRP work on Mac?

Just the title really. I tried google but there are really only results about errors with HDRP.
I don’t want to switch to HDRP only to find out at the end of my project it doesn’t work with Mac.

Since I am on Mac, If I can do the switch, is the performance going to be very bad?

Is there a single thing in the world stopping you from actually just creating a new project with HDRP and pressing play? The template even has a scene.

No, there isn’t. I honestly just hadn’t though about that.
