Does Realtime Global Illumination breaks GPU instancing?

It seems that if you bake realtime lightmaps, any materials with GPU instancing enabled, instance correctly in the Editor in the Frame Debugger. However, if you then run the project - or if you close the editor and open it again, the instancing breaks.

Is this a bug?

(I’m using the built-in pipeline)

This happens for me on both the 2021.3 and 2022.3 versions.
