Hey, I got a unity package from my boss now whom I think has a pro version of Unity( don’t know for sure though since I have yet to ask him. but come on, his a boss he probably has a unity pro…probably.) it seems when I open it up on my unity(not pro) it got an error and so I can’t play it. his project seems more high tech since his project is a 3D VR/Occulus and again I don’t know for sure if its from a pro or not. but now in conclusion is it possible to have an error because I’m not using pro and my boss probably is using a pro one.

There is no difference in editor functionality between Unity 5 Pro and Personal Editions.

As @OncaLupe pointed out, you can’t share Personal and Pro so you’re currently in breach of the licence terms. If your boss has a Pro licence, you and all of your team needs one too.
