Does UNET not work with Windows app?

I have unet working on my android and ios app, but once i switch it to windows, i get this gigantic error and i have no idea what it means.

It means it can’t find DOTween.dll. Is this file marked as compatible with Windows Store apps?

Yes, my app is already on the windows store with that asset.
I updated it with UNET and now i get that error.

Which Unity version do you use? There were fixes in that area recently.
