We have a 3D model, a architectural model, does Unity can export the finished model to be viewed without installing any program or engine on the target computer?
we just want to do a brief presentation about a building … so to speak, we just want to go inside and outside a specific room for instance, does this engine support such functionality ?
and if the answer is negative, would you please represent another software or engine to do this trick ??

Everything needs to be installing something, its a computer program?!
Do you mean a stand-alone executable you can just run from a USB stick or something? in that case, yes unity can do it.

yes … we need just a single executable that the client just runs it … so that he can just walk in the building to view what is going on inside…

Yes, that is definitely possible. Import your models, put shaders on them and add the first person prefab to your scene.
