To confirm with some specifics: using Unity iOS 3.0 I've personally tested my recently-released game on all of the following:

  • iPhone 2g (iOS 3.0; iOS 3.1.3)
  • iPhone 4 (iOS 4.0)
  • iPad WiFi (iOS 3.2)
  • iPod Touch 2nd gen (iOS 3.1.3; iOS 4.0)

For the record, most of these tests were done with borrowed devices. :-)
