Me and my group have been working on a VR installation on unity and it is our first experience with Unity, so we are beginners in this (we’re graphic designers).
We’ve been encountering a lot of issues with this project. First we did our arrangement of objects and tried to run it on the googles (we use meta quest 3), but it didn’t run and there were a lot of issues with the XR toolkit and the openxr, but we somehow fixed it (downloaded and played around with android studio). Now we’re encounterinng a new issue, which is when we launched the first successful version and implemented some changes, after that when we tried running and building it again it just launched the first version over and over. We tried changing names, deleting the first apk file both on the goggles and the laptop (we’re using mac but all of our settings are in the android section like openxr bc we’re using meta goggles), cleaned the cache, deleted the library folder and saved the project (after which it just ran on the laptop instead of the googels), we tried a couple of things in the build profile settings but nothing seems to work. I’m posting it here in case someone actually experienced in Unity faced this problem and managed to fix it, or if you just have any suggestions we would be super grateful and happy to hear and try them out (our deadline is in 2 weeks too…)
P.S. We’re using Unity 6 version.
