doing a complete extrude ?

Good Morning.

I have a problem, if i try to create a hole with face extrude only selected face is cutted.
But i want automaticly create a hole without taking into account the face and take the object as a whole

Hi! Yes, extrude will only affect the selected face(s).

If you need to cut a hole, you can try the experimental “Boolean” tool:
